Guinness cupcake

{Please scroll down to English version}

Svi su pili pivo osim mene. Bilo mi je svakako samo ne ukusno. Nisam ga jednostavno pila i gotovo.

A i neki proljetni umor me uhvatio.

Guinness Cupcakes

prilagođeno s Just Cake Girl

250 ml Guinnessa
250 g maslaca
75 g kakaa za kolače
300 g šećera u prahu
300 g kiselog vrhnja
2 jaja
275 g brašna
5 g sode bikarbone

200 g sirnog namaza
200 ml slatkog vrhnja

Dobro izradite sirni namaz i prosijani šećer u prahu .
Dodajte slatko vrhnje i izradite mikserom dok ne dobijete čvrstu smjesu koju možete mazati na muffine.
Dobivenom kremom nemarno ukrasite muffine.

Dobar tek,

{You're at the English version}

Everybody drank beer except me. It was anything but tasty. I simply didn't drink it and that's it.
And then once I took a sip of my boyfriend's dark beer at his behest. It was love at first sigh... sip.

When it comes to beer, Tomislav is my favorite.
The cups for the cupcakes were ready, the ingredients too, but these have been crazy days.
One important exam done, moving from one job to another... And the spring fatigue has gotten the best of me.
My main motto these days is #idontfeellikeit.
But as soon as I got the scales out and started, as my grandma would put it, messing around the kitchen, everything was better.
Singing together with hits and dancing while mixing the ingredients pushed the fatigue away.

To keep the long story short, like between two posts lately, here's the recipe...

Guinness Cupcakes

adapted from Just Cake Girl

250 ml Guinness
250 g butter
75 g cake cocoa
300 g powdered sugar
300 g sour cream
2 eggs
275 g flour
5 g baking powder

200 g cream cheese
200 ml whipping cream
150 g powdered sugar

On low heat put the beer and add thinly sliced butter. When the butter completely melts, remove from the heat and mix in cocoa, sugar, sour cream, eggs and mix with a until it all combines.
If you want, you can drain the mix through a sift in order to avoid clumps.
In the end, add the sifted flour and baking powder.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Put the muffin cups into the muffin tin and pour the mix to 2/3 height of cups.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the skewer comes out clean.
The muffins should be moist, don't overbake them.

Leave the muffins to cool completely.

Mix the cream cheese and sifted powdered sugar.
Add the whipping cream and mix until you get a firm consistency you can spread onto the muffins.
Spread the cream over the muffins in a carefree manner.
